When booking a tour with Adam, all information such as meeting time, date and cost will be discussed and agreed in advance. At this point a 25% deposit will be required in order to secure the agreed date and time. The remaining 75% will be due 48 hours before the day of the tour.

 

Invoices will be sent via Paypal, one of the most secure and trusted methods of online payment. You can pay by all major credit or debit cards, or indeed a Paypal account.

If you decide to purchase the Resources (extensive illustrated notes and references and Powerpoint file with notes) without booking a tour, this can be done via the website, again paying via Paypal. The files will be sent automatically via email, so please ensure you enter the correct address when ordering! Should you not receive the download link within 24 hours, please get in touch with Adam via the website Contact form.

The tour will go ahead whatever the weather, so please dress accordingly. Remember it is a two hour walking tour, so the group will be on their feet for some time and should make sure they are wearing comfortable footwear.

If you need to cancel the tour for any reason a full refund will be issued, so long as the cancellation is not less than 48 hours of the day the tour is due to start (ie after the 75% balance has been paid). In these circumstances, the tour will be rescheduled to another date.

Please arrive a few minutes before the agreed tour starting time. Adam will be happy to wait should you be delayed because of traffic, train delays etc, but delays of more than an hour might result in a postponement and rescheduling. This is because there may be another tour booked for later the same day.

 

Should you expect to be delayed, please contact Adam via phone or email as soon as possible and he will advise. Contact details will be shared following your booking.

Your group will be responsible for their own personal safety at all times. Please take particular care when crossing roads, and secure personal items such as phones.

Finally, we will not be pausing for food, drink or comfort breaks once the tour starts – so please eat and use the loo, should you need to, before we start!
